We are looking for a professional individual or student to share our townhouse. It is located in the Queensborough area that is very centralized with the tri-city area. If you take a look on the map, we are located in the middle of lower mainland. You will be 10 min away from Richmond center, 10 min away from Metrotown, 5 mins from North Delta, 15 mins away from Surrey, and 5 mins from New Westminster. A skytrain station (22nd) a bus away or 5 min drive. 410 bus go directly into Richmond connecting to Canada line. The location is right before the Alex Fraser bridge, so beat the traffic. There is Walmart /Outlet Stores very close by, as well as casino and bowling alley just a block away. The room has a single bed, computer desk, and chair. There is a closet as you can see below. Remember, the townhouse is only within a year new. You will have access to the third floor washroom and kitchen below. Some of the amenities that is included in the rent are:
