NuStart autostart won't work

My autostart suddenly stopped working one day. its almost winter and it would be very useful when snow comes. i think, based on the website, that its the NUS-1000 model. it worked flawlessly before. i bought it at and was installed at futureshop years ago.

where should i start checking? relays? how many relays does it have? how do i know if its a bad one? also, where could i get new ones?

any help would be great. im a noob at this so please dont get very technical with the parts.

THanks

How is your hood pin? If it is broken or mis-aligned then your remote starter may not work.

Yeah I checked it. It's seems to be in working order. Anywhere else I should check?

If you'd like, you can bring it by our shop and I will take a look at it for you for free.

Valet or hood pin would be my guess. Alot of times the hoodpins corrode and dont make proper contact.
