FS:2006 Subaru WRX with upgrades

Hello,

I am helping a good friend of mine sell his 2006 Subaru WRX Sport Wagon.
It was purchased NEW from Saunders Subaru in Victoria and is a one owner vehicle and has never been raced.
All maintenance has been performed religously at either Saunders Subaru, $$$$$$$$ or 5252 motorsports.
The car has 50,000 kms and is completely accident free. Colour is the stock Subaru "Steel Gray"
Life started out as a stock 2.5 L DOHC turbo boxer engine and has mods listed below.

Engine:
Cobb accessport engine managment
Cobb cold air intake system
STI Intercooler with APS cast ducting
VF39 turbo(STI Turbo)
Cobb catted downpipe
Cobb heatshield


Greddy EVO 2 catback exhaust system
Cobb lightweight Crank pulley

Interior:
AEM A/F gauge with wide band 02 sensor
Autometer Boost gauge
Perrin short shift adapter
MOMO shift knob
Overall condition 9/10

Footwork:
Cobb Front and Rear sway bars
CartBoy front and rear endlinks
Spax coilovers
Tenabe Front strut tower brace

Brakes:
Stoptech slotted front and rear rotors
EBC Greenstuff brake pads
Stainless Steel braided brakelines

Rollers:
Stock 17" wheels
Toyo Proxes 4's all seasons with approx 10,000 km

Other items:
Grimspeed hood dampers
Wired FM modulator for MP3 to Audio system playback

Over $10,000 invested in upgrades including shipping costs,labour,taxes etc.
All reciepts for products and labour have been retained and are availible.

Currently not being driven ,reason for selling is owner moved onto another platform.

its funny 'cause theres the excact same car running around with same paint,year and even the "cobb" sticker on the hood scoop.wierd.
