Do I have to put a (1) in front of a winnipeg phone number?
I got this girls phone number on the weekend, but she's from winnipeg, and I sent her a text, but realized I don't have a (1) in front of number, but clearly im not sending another message if that one did go through. So to send a text, does a (1) have to be in front of the number/area code?
i think if you are calling out of your local area (vancouver I assume) you would need a 1. It doesnt hurt to put a 1 in front even if you are calling a local number either.
How about you give me her number and I'll text her with the (1), and then tell you if I get a response from her. That way you don't look crazy.
Brett Favre her.
