Try googling " 15inch laptop screen protector". You might be amazed.

wouldn't suggest it, makes your screen REALLY grainy.

+1 i just put one on my macbook pro a couple days ago, it makes everything a little pixely, kind of like when u get water on it u see what's kind of like noise. Really hard to describe, in the darker areas its fine.
It's good for some reasons though, and I've kinda gotten use to the screen weirdness. Its really easy to wipe clean with ur hand because no fingerprints! and it's better for when your in a sunny-ish environment

Anyways the ebay seller i got it from has a website called gagacase.com and if you use the code
RETURN10 you get 10% off. I emailed him that there was a crease/crack in mine probably due to shipping, and he sent me a new one that's on its way :D so i might as well give them a plug for being so nice :P

It's kinda hard to show the actual noise but here goes

and as far as reflection goes

is a lot better than the pretty much glossy mirrorish standard glass of the macbook

It's pretty cheap, $13, I might buy one to try out.

As much as I love the clarity and colours of the MBP screen, the glare really puts a strain on my eyes.

Wow, just as I was about to order they jacked up the prices.....
It was CAD $9.99 for the 15" MacBook Pro and now it's CAD $19.99.

EDIT: Looks like it was a glitch. I reloaded the site and the prices are back to $9.99

Thanks guys! I got one of those HP touchscreen laptops. And the glare is ridiculous, plus I have a lot of finger prints on it hahah

Thanks for the snap. Do you know if any local stores can sell and install one of these? I'd hate to get bubbles and stuff on a $15-20 purchase.

I received the antiglare screen for my 15" MacBook Pro from gagacase and just applied it.

The application was very simple. I only have 1 little bubble on the right side of the screen, due to a piece of dust. I'll try to massage it out later, so it's not that big.

Current verdict (Nov 19, 2010): It works as advertised, but it really degrades the screen quality. It's really noticeable with bright whites and greys. The problem is that the light gets refracted by the screen protector, so whenever you more your head the refracted RGB colours shift. It's like a micro kaleidoscope on your screen.

I'll leave it on for a few days and see if I get used to it, if I don't I'll just take it off.

i don't see any of the above problems with the moshi one for the mb. it only applies to the sides anyways.
