I wouldn't call it a blowup. More bad timing than anything else. With few players, odds are he had the best hand or at the least, one card over a pocket pair. He also should've had the discipline to just call the 5 bet and make a decision post flop.

I agree with quasi for sure though. Compared to last year, the quality of play was waaaay better. Saout would've been the monster stack with the most experience if Cada wasn't such a luck-sack.

Anyone PVR it and get fucked cause it went over 2 hours and you didn't record any extra time? lol

Yep, that's what happened to me but I knew who won already and how the hand went.

I would totally say thats a blowup. He could easily fold that hand after a 5bet instead of shoving with over 60mil left if he folded there. He risked his entire stack to gain the 22mil which is not that much. With stacks like that, I would of just sat around and knocked out racener with his super short stack to make 1.5mil more. A7 is a weak hand even 3 handed after a 5bet. He gave that bracelet away.

Calling the 5bet would of been the same. IMO, You have to shove or fold there. What's the point of seeing the flop. There would have been 50mil in the pot and you have to shove on the flop anyways. You don't want to go to a flop with A7 in a monster pot. Even if he hit the A, he could have been up against a bigger A. Duhamel would have to have a big pair to 6bet all in and risk his tournament life. And I don't understand the call...
There is not much to feel out when the pot is that big.

This year ME FT was so anti-climactic, it wasn't even funny. The card dead players got chipped down til they were forced to make a move, players that were catching cards progressed and the better player won, HU. Hardly any action. If the runner up played more aggressive, he would've given himself a better shot but he was basically just playing cards.
