my songs were listed in order by artist but now it suddenly changed and it is now listed in order by songs. how do i change it back?! im a noob with itunes :(

When your looking in Itunes there should be a bunch of different columns at the top of the page; for example, time, artist, genre etc. Click on Artist to sort by artist.
