Dumbass drivers in the U.S: A funny story about multiple carjackings.

If this story is true, one victim of multiple car jackings in Florida is one of the dumbest drivers out there. Either he or she is just stupid, or committing insurance fraud.

A forum thread in www.talklambo.com from someone living in Florida:

Insurance fraud or just complete f'ing moron?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I get police reports emailed to me about my own and surrounding neighborhoods. Today's bulletin:

Quote:
Stolen were a 2007 LandRover (black with 22” chrome rims) and a 2007 Ford F-150 PK (dark blue). On July 8, 2008 the victim had the same Ford PK burglarized when he left it unlocked with the keys left inside it. On July 13, 2008 the PK was stolen using the stolen keys from the previous auto burglary. On July 13, 2009 the PK was parked in the driveway. The locks had not been changed since the 2008 incidents and no other anti-theft devices (alarm, club, etc) were being used. Therefore, the Ford PK was stolen again. Also, inside the Ford PK the victim left the keys to the LandRover and it was also stolen. P/Us placed. BOLOs placed. No leads. The LandRover had no anti-theft devices or tracking devices on it.
