Are there any local places that are maybe deserted to practice with their paintball guns? Target practice etc? Not to play a game though. Got a new gun and need to break it in without breaking the bank. :p
Thanks

Most of the local painball fields have a firing range, but then again you'd get raped on the price since you have to buy their paint. Why not buy your own and go into an empty forest or field or something?

The outdoors are closed, only open on weekends, indoor no firing range. I don't know any empty forests around vancouver.. hoping for some people on RS to suggest a forest they may use to do this.

unfinished basement + turned over garbage can + tarp. that's if you're shooting for calibration.

I was going to suggest you check out Outlaw Paintball, but I noticed a similar post in there already from you. :lol
I'd wait to see what those guys tell you. A bunch of friends are on there and do a lotof games and simple field tests in random forests/fields and should be able to direct you to the best areas where you wont get hassled.
That said, do you have a backyard you could use?

I'm afraid neighbors might get freaked out or w.e cause of the sound of the marker. I'm using a custom 98.. and it's pretty loud.

Burnaby mountain? Seymour mountain? Numerous random greenery around Vancouver, I know it's rare in but still...

Seems risky lol, hearing somewhat "gun" shots.. and paint will kill the scenery. Don't want to ruin it for others.

it takes 1 power trippin neighbour to mess it up for every1 else. go to a paintball store buy re-balls and fire it at home or in the garage

just set up a box in your backyard and shoot at it. you're on private property. the sound of compressed air isn't gonna scare anyone.
only thing your neighbours can complain about is that you're using aimbot.

Didn't Paintballgear open up a new shop/firing range in coquitlam? I haven't been by there since they closed their shop on Boundary.

You beat me to it. Guy that works there said their new location will have a firing range. Not sure if it's opened though.
