Is it possible to cut polish a hazed cf hood??
Is it possible to cut polish a hazed cf hood??

cuz i have one that is turning hazy, and there are some spider cracks, and some clear chipping off at the top 2 corners where the hood hinges are. is it possible to maybe cut polish the clear coat then spray some new clear coat on it? and how do i fix the chipped corners?

i dont think you can, only option is to reclear


as for the crack, its gona be one hell of an expensive bill to repair cf aka time consuming.

its not the cf cracking, its the clear coat cracking

depends on how bad your "haze" is, you can kind of polish it

AK cut polished my CF hood from almost flat black no gloss to mirror-like again, just go see them
