Who would hold up better in a firefight, Jimmy Kimmel or Kobe Bryant? Normally this is the sort of question that can only be speculated upon by enlightened forum users but thanks to a new Call of Duty: Black Ops ads, we know the answer.
The live-action ad, entitled "There Is a Soldier in All of Us," shows a variety of ordinary people fighting in a warzone. In addition to Kimmel and Bryant, there's also a Best Buy employee, a chef, and a businesswoman. Rob Schwartz, chief creative officer of advertising agency TBWA/Chiat/Day, told AdAge that the commercial is supposed to be a "dramatization of what it's like to play the game."
Bryant, it seems, is skilled with an assault rifle. Kimmel, however, is balls terrible at firing a rocket-propelled grenade. It's almost as though he's never done it before.
