i've noticed that with all the stores that highschoolers shop in, below the belt use to have everything of ed hardy now they've moved towards plaid and jack and jones now. boysco is still boysco, but the ed hardy & christian audiger phase has definitely 'died' down. nonetheless, i'll never shop in those stores not because i'm ashamed but the service is just brutal.
however, since it's winter the northface crew will always be united as one. as if that jacket actually keeps them warm haha.
as predicted quite a lot of materialistic people, though it's not really a surprise
I own a northface jacket and it is incredibly warm. I bought it because it is great in sub zero temps. I guess some of the north face stuff is played out like those bubble type jackets from a long time ago. I have the "ice jacket" and would recommend it to anyone.

dont hate on northface! i love their stuff, the gotham jacket is worth every penny, i can wear that thing with a t-shirt inside in -10 degrees and still keeps me warm
its true that the nuptse jacket (the bubble one) is played out, it makes you look bigger than you really are, good for them skinny kappa/shox/murse wearing kids, but i admit that i own one, keeps you warm and very light

Below the Belt always had other brands: Billabong, QuickSilver, Hurley, Obey, Ben Sherman; always had a substantial amount of "skater" brands. The Ed Hardy, etc would always be in the corner section of the store from what I have noticed.

That's expected in a capitalist society unfortunately and these same people also believe money = happiness. Favoring certain brands doesn't necessarily mean = materialistic; it could mean preference over quality and price.

Quality of service, generally, is store specific. I've had outstanding service at below the belt in the past.
