i bought mine @ home depot....
it has a "heat & save" function.. meaning when you have it on ... let's say... 23degree, when it feels the room is warm enough, it turns off, and when it feels room fall below a certain degree, it comes back on automatically again
it was $49.99, but i dont see it on homedepot's website anymore!

The one with the red metal covering. Gonna use it in the garage. In my covered trailer I got one of them overhead heaters. Those things are nice. Not really designed for home, though.

example, say you have a household of 3 people, and you have 3 of these portable heaters running most of the day in the 3 rooms only.
the other rooms, kitchen, living room etc are at low heat settings for the central heating.
Would you still be saving money on the electricity bill?

price pro...bionaire tower heater for around $35...costco has the "updated" model for $57...only differences are the "touch screen" versus buttons and a clock...i'd much prefer the older as i have no real use for the clock...the touch screen is meh as it feels funny trying to change the setting when the thing moves side to side

My office was without heat last winter and I bought a dozen or so heaters for everyone from Home Depot, they all worked great and weren't very expensive at all.. Can't remember exactly but think around $30 Posted via RS Mobile |
