meh, lazy people need to find their own goals to get motivated. Not listening to some talk to get pumped up for a couple of hours then forget it after a sleep.
But hey I bet he is getting some pretty penny for doing this.
Yea, i bet half the people in the room has already heard what he's saying before. But they haven't realized it or applied it to their goals yet. People just need someone else to remind them that it's possible to achieve their goals and that they're capable of success.

Gambling too.
Success doesn't have to be a shit load of pain. Work hard, work smart, and get lucky.
As hard or smart as you work, it does take some luck to get ahead. There's a book that details how successful people got ahead. If Bill Gates had been born 5 years earlier or later, he wouldn't have had access to the computer labs at the right time to develop his ideas. So while he is smart, and worked hard, he got lucky being born at just the right time to get a jump into the industry and be successful.
Kinda sucks knowing that eh? Just like most NHL players are born in the first 3 months of the year, so if you have a Dec birthday the lesson is: don't bother
