I actually like the new Genesis Coupe though...even considered buying one.
The new Sonata is growing on me too...

I'm not surprised, hyundai's one of the largest ship builders, our Canada Line's from them, they're like Mitsubishi in Korea.

Cars are as much science as it is art. Sadly, the new Toyotas & Hondas just look too damn ugly. If Korean cars are proved to be just as reliable, they'r gonna be unstoppable.

Hyundai's on the right track, but i think Toyota/Lexus is still leaps and bounds ahead of Hyundai, it'll be a few years before straight up direct comparisons should be made

All three brands are shit in the UK..
Toyota only has the Auris (corolla) and Avensis. Their diesels are lagging behind just about everyone in passenger cars. When a Passat is cheaper than a Camry, you have a problem. Fleet buyers use anything but a Toyota...
Hyundai doesn't sell any of their Genesis models there.
Kia.. I dont' think they have any of the new models designed by the pre-Audi designer yet in those markets

Not surprised....Drove the 2011 Sonata here....just that car alone is a total walk over on the 2011 Camry 4cyl.
Then there's the 2GR Camry......which will be served a stompin' by the 2011 Sonata turbo.
If North Americans are comfortable with a turbocharged motor then this package is going to cover all basis.

For now, Hyundai and Kia are selling more cars than Toyota. However, regardless who sell more cars, I am pretty sure Toyota are making more profit per car (especially with Lexus).
You take profit to the bank, not volume

True that specially because you can get them with 7 seats and a V6 for only 26,095 lol and it's also not as big as an suv or as gay as a mini van hahaha

No seriously though, I'm really glad they're doing well.
On the otherhand, I was a little irked by their last
commercial. Reminds me of listening to pop radio and having to sit through jackpot promotions. Well, back to Grey Cup. Thanks for the article OP.
