2 cars that were involved in a street race and now being sold to the dealership and the m6 is being auctioned off.


They're sexy, sleek and can burn up the road above and beyond the speed limit – and the drivers of a $235,000 Ferrari Scuderia and a BMW M6 have both lost their dream machines thanks to B.C.'s beefed up civil forfeiture laws.

I'm surprised the province returns a part of the funds to the vehicles driver/owner once the car has been sold, I would have thought the vehicle would 100% forfeited.
