Hey all,

I'm looking for a 16GB USB Flash drive. I prefer to have a fast one for transferring and reading files quickly(Doesn't have to be the fastest one). Mainly to stream movies/HD video off it. I'm not looking for any IRONKEY like protection. As long as it's reliable and fast, heck it doesn't even have to have any of those software mumbo jumbo protection. It's a plus if it's compact but I know most compact ones are quite slow.

It's been a while since I've purchased a USB flash drive so I'm not really up to date with all of them. There's too many! I've looked at the Lexar Echo SE, Corsair Voyage(seems unreliable), and Lacie Keys.

What's up with the bundled software these days in these drives? I remember back in the days where it was just a drive and that's it!(MORE SPACE) Maybe I'm just super outdated lol...

P.S. No USB 3.0

Patriot Xporter XT. I got one, and it hits up to 30MB/s write.

+1, have had one for quite a while and it hasn't died on me yet.
