The problem with used cars is it either has engine or chassis damage.. Usually around $20k worth of dmg... Depending on mileage... Bought a STI and spent $200K in mods LOL coulda bought another ferrari for that much...

There was two used s15 when I started but it was the base at 165ish hp. I got the ek9 ctr. Best power to weight ratio of all the used cars available.

The top gear test track with the mini bus is soooo frustrating. The first 3 times I can't even finish the race with out hitting a friggin cone. But on the 4th time I got Gold! Woot

I had crappy used car choices at the start, so I just bought a Miata. Didn't race much with it though, just levelling up and saving cash playing the special events.

Just got to lvl 11 so I'd probably just buy a GTR. Seems like good car to use for the price? Does anybody have better suggestions?

I was lucky I happen to have an '07 Mini that was tuned exactly to 246hp from the mini race and the special events weren't a challenge with it

the first few races are simple you'll make 10 grand in no time. and then you'll be in better shape.

lol how'd you manage that?

i initally only did ecu cat and intake then saved up for adujustable suspension and went from there, but even after the first three mods it's quite a bit quicker than the low level racers

I've purchase all the engine/turbo/exhust modes for the car. The only thing I haven't started is weight reduction. I am pretty dedicated to this car since I have an ek myself :D

I've started with a ctr as well. So far I got fully adjust suspension, weight reduction stage 3 all engine / exhaust mods N/A power! Beat my friend around fuji in a GTR
