There's only a limited number of each rewards. Once they are all redeemed, they are gone. Appearing off the list. But things like the movie tickets will show back up from time to time...

Got an e-mail back from Stella about the capped points issue. They said that you can only earn a certain amount of points every week, once you reach the max points for that week everything you do will result in "CAPPED"

In my case I attached my facebook & twitter accounts and got "CAPPED." I e-mailed back asking if i disconnect and reconnect those accounts next week will I get the points? Waiting for a response, will let ya'll know when I know.

It really varies based on reasons none of us really know. Lots of people have had to wait months. I ordered mine 1 month ago and got it in 2 weeks and there have been many others reporting they got their stuff within 2 weeks as well. The important thing is you know it's coming just be patient.
