I'm just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them? They have a lot of nice cars, and I'm interested in purchasing 1 there.
Just wondering if anyone has had any experiences there? Not sure if i'm posting in the right forum, so sorry in advance if i'm not. Also nothing came up on the searches.

Bought a few vehicles from them, I know the owners pretty well also. Let me know the car you're interested in and I'll get the full info on it

Haha was just at futureshop over the weekend and the owner's son was talking to me about my car... Told me his dad and uncle used to own Daewoo or something and now it's SCC.

That's funny, I was just about to post the same question about SCC. A car on their site has caught my dad's eye but I don't know anyone who's ever dealt with them before or how their reputation is?

Isn't this the same shady dealership from before that changed their name like 5 times in the past few years? I assume it has a new owner now? Seems pretty legit now though..

Backstory? I also remember that it was named something else not long ago.

I've only been to the place once, which was like 3 years ago, I think it was called Auto Couture or something? Anyways, the cars and people there seemed way too shady so my friend and I just left after. Not really a back story but it reminded me of one of those kingsway dealerships....

I went there to check out a e92 m3 and the place seemed shady. Car was a US import and the interior looked pretty beat up. Salesmen were either Korean or Chinamen.

yes this location used to be under the name daweoo richmond... they were pretty shady then. at their worst point, they were pushing some tired rhd jdm stuff and a lot of questionable stuff imported from the east coast. i vaguely recall the name auto couture as well, but i'm not if it is associated with this business or not. maybe try doing a search under that name. but this scc motors... different management so i'm not sure that past history would apply.

perhaps contact the BBB and ask them. even though they may not be a member, they may have a record of past complaints against them.

I went in there a few years ago and it was full of shady brown salespeople (note: brown is strictly an observational description and by no means does it imply anything further than that)

My buddy bought a car from there about 4 years ago and back when it was Daewoo motors it was known as a drug front. One of the guys he saw there had just gotten out of jail.

shady or not the only part that i would warn people is not to use their lease term with them. I remember they provide something like guarantee lease approval based on no credit or something, but the fine print in the lease term states an open residual lease.

I didn't got too deep into speaking with them but the sales person told me they rather prefer full cash payment since their lease term means that the leasing company can adjust the residual price at the end of the lease term base on the second hand market.

someone here sold their pne lottery winner lexus is-f through this place. maybe if you could do a search and find who that person was you could maybe ask them what their experience was with this place? the is-f is long gone so i'm assuming they had sold it.
