I just recently got a job and it demands a lot of my energy. I have eight hour shifts, and I get tired already after four. There isn't much of a chance for me to eat dinner during work, so I go eight hours without much food aside from water.
What can I eat before going to work to give me that strength and energy to go on through the day and After work so I'm not overly exhausted.
