Yeah it bothered me that they killed off IronHide that easily. He is one tough SOB and 3 shots...there he goes. None of the autobots or NEST gave a shit about him. I thought the other autobots(sideswipe and the ferrari?) would of died instead.

Another thing that bothered me throughout this trilogy is that we don't know what happened to some of the other transformers. Like Barricade(police cruiser) in the first movie... he's in on the highway chase... next thing you know he disappears... has a small cameo in DSOM. The twins.... where did they go?

And Megatron.... "oh shit Sentinel took over my decepticons... i'll just sit there and cry..." come on...

I know, I have a few Revoltechs of my own, including the one I posted, the Ultra Magnus version, Megatron, and Star Scream. I love the old designs, they have so much character. The new ones are just retarded. Any one of them could be any character you can imagine, they all just look like a bunch of shit is thrown together to make them use as many polygons as possible...

I watched Tranformers 3 today, and I have mixed feelings about it.

I kinda liked it, but I think I enjoyed the 2nd movie more.



ROTF had good interaction between Prime and Megatron, basically the Decepticon/Autobot conflict. As well... there was like zero Transformers conversation in the 3rd movie. It was all fighting. Megatron had like 10 lines, and Starscream had like 8. 3rd movie was 10x more serious business though, with humans dying left and right. The action sequences in the 3rd were better, but personally I thought they were pretty good in ROTF as well.

Man, if TF3 was a live action movie with people instead of robots, it would be a horror movie for sure....

-Autobots tearing apart, limb from limb the Decepticons

-Bumblebee with the shotgun blast to the chin to Decepticon

-Optimus tearing off Shockwaves head after disembowling him

-Ironhide getting his chest blown apart

-Starscream's head exploding

-Sentinel Prime getting scalped and gutted

and of course... Megatron getting his head torn off with freaking spinal column attached, like Subzero's fatality.

Terrible fucking movie. After TF2 I promised myself I would never see another Transformer movie. Than I see interview of Shia admitting that movie was terrible, so I think, well maybe it's better this time?

Fool me once shame on you, feel me twice, shame on me. TF3 had the same shit humour, dragged out crap story, and cliches up the ying yang as TF2 did. I was actually getting pissed off in the theater, but I didn't want to waste my ticket by walking out.

I want to say never again, but this is the last of the series, LOL.

It's not marketed to kids. It wasn't filmed with kids in mind. The source material for Transformers is for kids, sure...but that's like saying The Dark Knight is just like Batman: The Animated Series.

And it's hard to get emotionally invested when all you're thinking during the movie is "Whoa...that was a big explosion." and "Goddammit this movie is retarded."
