The protesters attacking the car were students,they were protesting the 300% tuition fee hike.

took me a few seconds to realize the girly sounding voice at 0:25 belonged to the dude at 0:30.

5-10% i can deal with, but jumping it 300% is a bitch move

they said the HIGH end of tuition will now be around 13-15k per year

very comparable, if not cheaper than the US costs.
