I know most of you guys like JDM type cars but daaaammmnn this car gave me goosebumps. So damn clean, my grandpa use to have one but in teal haha.
Geert Vanfroyenhoven is the proud owner of this 1967 250S. After a long way of searching the internet , events, garages, he had found one in perfect shape! No rust, the paint was like new, interior is like it came right out of the factory! Under the hood we can find an 2.5 V6, and yes, also like new! Geert had good luck on finding this car!.....The whole car is 'laying frame' on the ground. Check the exthaust pipe! Fun for doing some scraping pictures on the road! I know there are some people who don't going to like the stance of the rear wheel. But its impossible to bring it more out.

Looks clean. I always find something eerie/creepy about old Mercedes', especially white ones.
Am I the only one?
If it wasnt for the rear wheel, i'd say 'daaaaamn, that looks nice'.
But alas, that sort of ruined it for me. ah well.

Why would you buy a car that it is in rare/mint condition and do that to it... I understand making the wheels more flush but that camber just looks retarded

needs flush... then it would look better.

I used to drive a '71 250C Coupe. Silver, mint, 4spd., I6, IRS, 4 wheel disc, leather interior. The thing fucking flew and was super comfy on the freeway.
I always wanted to drop it but there were never any wheels available that suited it, so I left it on stock wheels and dropped it 2 inches on custom coils.
Looked just like this:

Another Euro I wanted to do up was the Volvo 262C

Not every car needs rims and a drop to look good, classics like this have clean classic styling straight from the factory; trying to improve on that is just messing with perfection.

This thread definetly seperates the TRUE european car lovers apart from the JDM car lovers. Even if you dont like the amount of drop, you have to appreciate the time and money that was spent on this car. The thread ISNT about the stance of the car its about how hard it is too find such a car in such good condition with low miles.
Knowing revscene i know what the next rant is going to be about, " There are sooooo many classic mercedes benz in good condition in europe" There might be but most of them are found in junk yards and built from the bottom up, im guesing maybe 10% are ACTUALLY in their original condition.
Looks clean. I always find something eerie/creepy about old Mercedes', especially white ones.
Am I the only one?
Same feeling for me with old volkswagens/audi's and for some strange reason 1964+ BMW 2002 lol

I'm sure? If you had 2 Benz's wouldn't you know how clean they were?
Back on topic, with this car that look doesn't look right. A for effort, F for execution.
that drop just depreciated its value by 50% :(

With the exception of ricers and Arash, everyone has the right to express their personal style without being criticized or disrespected.
Of course, when very few examples of a rare classic are left its tough to see one get modified, because it destroys a piece of history. The Benz just has mad camber, which can easily be reversed with a new set of springs, so no harm done. If it was chopped, that would be a tragedy!

This fact makes it even more stupid. Why on earth would someone buy a classic then begin to mod the suspension on it...the wheel fitment is terrible; camber is terrible; and the airbag system is a big fail. It looks like someone hacked it up good.
This car belongs in the FAIL. category....I would compare this guys modding skills with ARASH.

Buddy of mine has a couple of those but with the big 6.0l motor and those cars came stock with bags and capable of that drastic a drop with no mods to the suspension just adding some new electronic valves.
