I was watching the Sardinia episode of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations and am now itching to try to Bottarga. (Salt-cured mullet roe)

But for a price of $100 for a box of 2 is a little too steep for my wallet. I found a website that teaches you how to make it yourself out of the fresh mullet roe.

I'd like to try the Bottarga spaghetti at the end of the first vid and beginning of the 2nd vid.
