Undercoating, voids warranty?
Picking up a new car soon (acura) and I was thinking of getting undercoating anywhere but the dealer. However I heard from a friend that getting undercoating voids the warranty for some? I assume they just want to to get it done from the dealership instead?

Probably best to go back to the dealer and ask but wanted some feedback from others.

Also any recommendations for good undercoating places in vancouver/richmond area?

I got my car undercoated from a different shop when I bought my car. Dealership wanted like $500+. I ended up getting it for less than $200. I never had any issues with warranty repairs. It was a Honda by the way.
