Quality is good for its price (I only buy their stuff when on sale). Infinitely better than Mexx and Zara and about the same as Club Monaco. Though the styles are more plain and more suitable as work clothes.

P.S. Don't worry if you missed this sale, they have sales pretty much all the time. I usually check their stores out at the end of the month and almost always there is some sort of sale going on.

It's a bit wide for me IMO, the smalls are a little short for me but the mediums are too wide for me :(

Banana Republic's clothing is marked up heavily, but when you can get stuff discounted, it's a decent deal. For guys: if you're an aspiring professional and don't want to get into Brooks Brothers or Hugo Boss territory, BR is probably your best bet.

Right now, they have an additional 30% off marked items (which is basically everything in the store.)

their stuff is great on sale for things like fitted dress shirts, trench coats, wool coats, sweaters, etc.

fits really well for people like me with an athletic build.
