WTT: 89 Skyline GTS-T

I don't want to get rid of this car, but thinking practically for the future, I really need a car thats great on gas, super reliable, and comfy. Someone trade me before I change my mind (Which usually happens everytime I drive it, or look at it).

-157,300km on the car
-120,000km ish on the engine and turbo
-Nistune board/ECU and software, tuned by Racing Greed
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump
-Some aftermarket cone intake
-Manual boost controller
-Apexi turbo timer
-HKS SSQV BOV
-Godspeed FMIC
-3" downpipe, test pipe, straight pipe (I've got the stock cat sitting in the trunk, prev owner said it passes aircare fine with it)
-35w 6000k HIDs
-Spitfire coil packs
-Electric fan
- Prev owner partially installed an AEM meth injection kit. The wiring etc is all installed, but the pump and tank are still in the box, I have no use for it but I'll include it with the car.
-Autometer Pro Comp gauges - Water Temp , Pyrometer, Wideband, Voltmeter and Boost
-Panasonic Avic x710bt double DIN headunit with bluetooth and GPS
-Some aftermarket speakers with tweeters in the doors, its also wired for a sub and amp
-350mm deep dish NRG wheel and quick release
-New leather shift and ebrake boots
-Nismo leather shift knob
-GTR hood, grille, bumper + lip
-16x8 GTR wheels with 90% tread Nokian Hakkapeliitta RSi winter tires
-Black Widow alarm with power locks
-Tein HA coilovers (probably need a rebuild eventually, they ride a bit harsh)
-SS brake lines

-Just had a new brake master installed a week ago, as the old one was leaking
-I cleaned the IACV, AAC and MAF when I got it in early Sept, also put new plugs in at that time (NGK BCPR6 gapped to 8mm). Changed the oil in October with Pennzoil Platinum Synthetic 10w30, and a new alt belt.

Now onto the bad stuff, which isn't too bad.
-Some chips on the drivers door, a big scuff on the rear bumper near the exhaust, and the major thing is a tree branch fell on the left side of the car last month during a wind storm and left a small dent in the middle of the passenger door, and on top of the door frame, I've got a couple pics here:

I didn't want to claim it, so I just left it, doesn't really stand out much.
-Left sideskirt has a crack near the back of it, but again, just cosmetic it seems.
-Glovebox is finicky, and sometimes pops open. On that note, since the prev owner put 3 of the gauges + the double din deck in, the fan controls etc are mounted in the glovebox, they're still working and all.
-Water pump is starting to leak a tiny bit

Don't think I'm forgetting anything, show me what you have to offer, I'm open to most at the moment, apart from trucks/SUVs etc.
