Oh one thing since this is the suggestions section, I already posted in the Fails Disabled thread but how about this:

They should make it so that for every year you've been a member, you need to be given that many fails before it registers.

ie. noobs get failed easier and I need 7 fails to show 1, bcrdukes needs 9 to = 1, etc....
