what did everyone else think of the original ffxiii?

story was alright.. graphics were great.... didnt really care for the linear gameplay though

hated it! played abt 13hrs in hopes that it would improve.
i SO wanted to like it but i didnt at all.

^^ I actually enjoyed the linearity of it. Totally different from ff12. I liked both games and think that being linear suited the style of ff13.

They made it linear to focus more on the story. Graphics were nice and story was decent , i don't get why there's so much hate on it. And also i read somewhere that the release date is Feb 2011 in Japan.

^ that would mean we get it in 2012 earliest. But that won't matter cuz the would have already blown itself up.

Btw, the linear fits the story in ff13. Seriously if ur a fugitive, the last thing u'd is to go on a shopping spree in some big city.
