Hey guys,
going to be taking my class 5 road test in a week in Burnaby
just seeing if you guys have some input of stuff they look for/nail you for
so far a friend told me this:
-stop at red lights turning right
-make full stops every red light and stop sign
-shoulder check when merging or changing any lanes, turn left or right doesn't matter
-put your turn signal on, shoulder when then change lanes
-when you reverse straight back in a straight line make sure to look back and also glance to the front
-so as your reversing look back then forward, back then forward
do they want you at 50 km/h?
thanks!

At stop signs, stop before the white line. If safe creep out and stop, look left and right then go.

do they want you at 50 km/h?
Too slow bro, try to maintain at least 75km/h or else the examiner will fall asleep.

I miss the "Fail" button.
Yes, you have to drive 50km if you want to pass :fuckyea:

yeah, you gotta keep at 50 km/h even through school zones and playgrounds. any slower and you fail.

Class 5 road tests are easier than Class 7 road tests.
Drive like a normal human being, drive in a safe manner, the way you drove during the class 7 exam, its really easy
People gotta learn how to use the search button...

You should maintain at 90k.

Remember to maintain rpm levels over 9000 at all times.

red light means go
green light means stop
yellow light means stopping in the middle of the intersection

Yeah, pretty much drive like you're supposed to (not like everyone does). Follow all the rules, assuming you know them.

Stop behind white line for stop sign.
Exaggerate your shoulder checks.
360 degree check when putting into reverse. (Left shoulder check, left mirror, front windshield, rearview mirror, right mirror, right shoulder check, and through the rear window)
They expect you to drive like an average driver out there since you "supposed" to have 2 years or more experience on the road. So as long as you follow all the rules and complete all the maneuvers smoothly without jerking, you should pass.
and yes, should have searched.
Good luck!

Seriously this is the easiest road test... all you do is drive around and reverse at the end. Just don't be a fucking idiot and go over the speed limit.

only drive 50 km/h on freeways/highways and 100 everywhere else, 75 is ok in school zones
remember to drink as many beers as you can prior to your test. if you have any extras, offer your instructor a drink.

Yeah bud, just drive like how you did on the Class 7 roadtest; in addition, the highway is involved as well
Follow rules = pass.

Driving manual is key to pass.
If you drive auto, have your cock out during the exam to change gears

there is no parking wanted or needed generally....this test is about general driving so shoulder checks signals and all the normal things...they just want to make sure u can handle driving in everyday situations
