88.1 / 88.5 seem to work for me vancouver / surrey / richmond.

this thread should be called fm frequencies to avoid in certain areas

feels counter-intuitive to tell people which frequencies are good, when you're trying to avoid having people using the same ones

range is only good for a few feet.

^ true, but there can potentially be a lot of people viewing this thread, and as such, there may be many interferences down the road.

If you can actually get into "International Mode" you can force the transmitter to broadcast at 87.0-88.0 frequencies. They are guaranteed non working since they aren't registered with the FCC.

88.7 works well for me, 88.9 interferes with cbc radio for me

which brand/model of fm transmitters do you guys find is the best ones?

any reviews with the "clearscan" button as with Belkin transmitters? (or similar features of other brands?)

what about the $150 futureshop monster fm transmitter? does it work best with least interference?
