Just saw this. Even with the new laws, I'll admit I'm guilty. I'll not do so any longer though. Too many deaths have hit too close to home this past year.

I almost hit a pedestrian about 10 years ago talking on my cell, and I haven't done it since. I can't believe the arrogance of people who still do it...it's just not worth the risk.
