Joes grill (any location)
Urban fare
White spot
Dutch wooden cafe (not the super traditional benny but still good)
Milestones is okay but I find their hollandaise sauce can be a bit...citrusy

Its hard to say which is the best in town in my opinion. Its a pretty easy dish to make. Tastes almost the same all around. But if I have to list some places...

Service @ Cafe Barney is predictably slow and horrible during the weekdays. Their benny's are okay in my books but they seem to be inconsistent. I've had good benny's during their weekend brunch rush.
For a twist on the benny, I like going to Seb's on Broadway, just a block west from Fraser across from Anna's Cake House.
Everyone seems to like the one at Crave. I personally wasn't a huge fan.
I like it old fashioned, with rich hollandaise. For me, I like Bert's on Main and.. 17th? Across from IGA and Blockbuster.
