For those locations, you're definitely not going to find a 1 bedroom townhouse or apartment for that much rent....and difficult for a suite.

You'll most likely find a 2 bedroom in your price range with your location criteria. If anything in my radar pops up, i'll message ya!

to be very honest, i have a place two bedroom 1.5 bath, central richmond, 1000 sq ft, but it's an OLDER building.

i'm asking for 1120, one bedrooms are abot 950 ish.

I'm not sure if there would be a place that's 620 unless it's from someone's basement / house.

Really, for all that, it is impossible. Richmond so getting more and more expensive as it rose 17% this past year. Near kwantlen is such a great place which is expensive as well.. but good luck

I've been searching around this area for about 3~4 months and cheapest while clean enough was $975 and it rented out the next day.
You might have some luck getting one at around $850~900 if u look around buswell where older(35+) buildings are located... and they don't have insuite laundry btw.

you can prob find a bedroom. in a house for rent for 650. but def not a 1 bdrm apartment.
