Does anyone know how to report an online store for a scam?

is there a better business bureau for online purchases? they guaranteed their products to be authentic, and they're not...i'm asking for a refund and they're not replying to my email. Anyone know how to deal with this?

i bought these headsets on monsterbeatsheadsets.com, and they are not authentic. on the sites, it has all the logo authorized dealer, lowest price guaranteed, etc, and it has a refund policy, not satisfied, send them back for refund but when i email them asking them if i can send them back for refund, they giving me bullshit answer... i want to make sure no one else gets scammed from that site...

ship them back by purolator and contact your credit card company let them know what happened give a copy of the tracking number with the pictures to your credit card company and you will get a refund. I would also contact the real Monster Beats correctly and file a complaint and let them know about it.

+1 on the reversal. You can even claim that you never got the item to make the reversal go easy, because fuck those guys.

A reversal is what they fear and expect most

Technically, you have 30 days from the moment you get your CC bill. So if you don't have your bill yet, you have at least 30 days to reverse/dispute charges.

TECHNICALLY, you have 90 - 180 days to charge back. Depends on what credit card you have. The customer almost always wins. Good luck

Based on experience, you have to wait 30 days after the initial purchase to request a chargeback I believe. Check with your CC company

This sounds contradictory to what I've been told by my credit card when I was asking for a charge-back.

Story...
I cancelled a subscription and 2 months later, the company billed my CC again. I didn't catch this until almost 2 months later and my CC told me the sooner I catch something, the better my chances are at receiving/winning the charge-back.

I think you might have misread some of the info in your link. I read it as there being a 90-day maximum in order to initiate the charge-back process for most credit card companies.
