Played this for about 3 hours. Awesome story mode. Really fun game. I also have MVC3, and I'd say I enjoy MK much more. I guess for "competitive" play MvC3 might be the better choice but I find MK more fun to play in general.

This game's really all about blocking and making your opponents pay, haha.

BS.. Whenever someone does a teleport attack, eg. Scorpion or Smoke, and I block with Sonya, her x-ray attack doesn't complete. Only the first hit connects before the juggle ends. Do it later, and it gets blocked, fuck. Costed me a few games because I keep forgetting. Raged out of my last one.

Man this game is AWESOME! and I don't play many fighting games. I think it is because it actually has a robust single player experience.

Just finished the last chapter. Took me 3 days because Shao Khan is virtually unbeatable. Raidens attacks suck so bad. Basically had to jump kick and teleport.

I used to main sub and scorpion in all the older games but Kitana, Jade, and Mileena are really easy to use and learn this game. Kabal is easy to use too.
