McDonald's Hot Mustard Sauce Clone

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons French's® prepared mustard

2 tablespoons Heinz 57® sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Stir well with a spoon or other utensil. Mix completely, until all ingredients are incorporated and a smooth, consistent mixture results.

2. Transfer the sauce to a small, air tight container. Close tightly and store in the refrigerator until ready to sue. Consume within 30 days. Makes 3/4 cup.

McDonald's Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce Clone

1/4 cup peach preserves

1/4 cup apricot preserves

2 tablespoons light corn syrup

5 teaspoons white vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons water

1. Combine all ingredients except the water in a food processor or a blender and puree until the mixture is smooth. Stop and scrape the sides with a spoon if necessary.

2. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan over medium heat. Add water, stir, and bring mixture to a boil. Allow it to boil for five minutes, stirring often. When the sauce has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool.

3. Transfer the sauce to a covered, air tight container, and place in the refridgerator. Makes about 3/4 cup.
