anyone know if you retake a course at sfu do they take the highest of the 2 marks or do they take the average? i was told at UBC they take the average but SFU they take the highest of the 2 marks

i retook a course at sfu once. they took the higher of the two. my c+ still remained but it was turned into 0 credits so it does not factor into gpa, the grade however, will still remain. Got an A- second time around and it was worth 3.0 credits. not sure what happens if you do worse though....
