Where can I find a nice day planner? Leather or canvas, big, pockets and snap closure

I've been to Chapters, Staples, Sears, Shoppers, moleskine.com etc etc. They all are either too simple or just ugly.

The best one so far is one from Coach, it has everything I'm looking for, but for 200 I'd rather not..and plus I'm not a fan of coach
