I tried posting something for sale on CL and after successfully receiving email and select "publish", I was not able to search and view my own post except from the email that CL send me.
I re-post again with a different title and word everything differently, and again it told me it is "published", but again , i cant find it on CL site.
What is going on? am i doing somehting wrong? It has never happened before, usually after 15 mins to 30 mins, the new post will be updated and visible to public.

this is the link they email me and i did publish it http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/van/sys/2156205413.html
But if i go straight to CL and search for it , it is not there at all. Usually CL takes no more than 30 mins to update new posts, I've been selling stuff without issues until yesterday..... I hope they didnt ban me or put me on the "do not post" list.. for no good reason

Well, the link above IS the actual listing, so given that it shows up, that means it was in fact published...
The problem is it appears that for whatever reason, it wasn't indexed properly so that it can be searched.
Probably just some bug on their end.
Have you tried posting this more than once in a short period of time?
Sometimes when I post ads, this happens. I'm guessing its to stop people from spamming with multiple posts, so you 'think' your ad is posted, but it's actually not.

i think the search index doesnt get updated right away... you could probably just see your post from the section itself without searching after a few hours..

this can also happen.. do all of your ads look similar? if so, craigslist might think your a bot and can ghost your account sometimes. try to change up the layout of the ad

I only posted my ad once, 6hr later, found out it isnt searchable on CL, I took it off and make a new ad which still didn't work.
I do not think my one post triggers CL to think i am a spammer or a bot.
I just delete it now, i dunno what is the real cause. Maybe i will try it again next week.

You have to clear your browser cache, then you will be able to search for it.
I was wondering why I couldnt search for my ads right after i posted too. Once i cleared my cache, it worked.
