Stopping any fights from happening. Make sure no one hassles groups. Preventing arguments over "you hav smarr dick! no can park hur!" kinda thing.

Make sure everything stays smooth and orderly basically.

I think I can say on behalf of the mod team, bring walkie talkies if you've got 'em. It helps keep the volunteer crews in communication if necessary.
