Unless you have an interesting/serious medical condition, simply eating healthy should suffice as your regular bowel habits are a function of what you eat.

Not saying don't use them, just consider eating properly and the money saved on "cleanses" can but used for fruits/vegetables

yea the colon cleanse craze is over now since people realized it's bullshit, even Oprah had to post a blog on her website saying she in no way endorses any colon cleanse on the market... for a while there was a lot of them carrying an OPRAH stamp of approval on their websites and magazine ads etc... i think Oprah even had to pursue some legal action as well. Dont ask me how i know so much about Oprah, lol

and Dr OZ in addition says the colon cleansers on the market are no different than adding a lot of fiber to your diet or using some sort of laxative....

there exists a danger that any doctor will tell you with a lot of these internet colon cleansing so called super products are in a sense like bleach, they kill everything... they run through your body and not only push through the bad shit you got stuck inside, but also all the good bacteria that you need inside your digestive system, and this can severely disrupt your body patterns..

my gf tried one of the $170 top rated cleanses, it literally had no change or effect on her, she would have been better off drinking a lot of water daily like i told her
