Hey guys, just a quick question here, I got a modelling photoshoot coming up and I really want my abs to show just a tad more, so I'm planning to shed the last little skin flab that appears to hinder the shape and form....Is it possible to do so in 11 days??....dateline is getting thinner and so results are looking better...just want to know if its possible...if not, then I wont try so hard...lol
My routine atm, consists of squats with dumbells, ab crunches, leg lifts with chinup bar....and I have cut out all carbs for the last week or so...
I have read a whole lot of info on the net etc...but am unsure if its safe to do so with said procedures...lol
Im currently 5'9'' 150lbs physically fit.
