Actually, that video is such poor quality... I'm starting to wonder if the chick who's suing is even the chick in the video, or just someone trying to cash in on it.

really?.. some reason im afraid of taking shits after ghost movies.. i always think about what if a ghost's hand came out of the toilet and grabbed my nuts or stuck its hand in my ass -___________-.... i mean if it came outa the mirror id have reaction time to run but the toilets.. thats a pretty good blind spot to sneak up on people from -_____- ...

i think its the security guards showing co-workers the replay if you listen. bitch is dumb, court is just gonna throw this out so fast with that amount of video evidence

There's no way from that video that you can tell it's her. That's the stupidest part - if it really was her, and she was so embarrassed about it, she could have just kept her mouth shut, and basked in the anonymity.

Yeah, she was on cnn this morning. It's ridiculous what she's claiming. She complains that nobody went to check on her, but she got right up and walked out of the mall. If I slip and fall out of my own stupidity in a restaurant, get up and walk away, I can't sue them for not checking on me.
Plus the whole identity thing; she contacted mall security once she found out her fall went viral (coworker showed her the video) and the chief said "the video, at least, doesn't show your face". "But I know who I am!" She apparently replied. During the interview she bust the tears out a couple times, saying "you can't understand, it's not FUNNY when it's YOU!"
She's just butthurt and lashing out. An ambulance-chaser managed to track her down and is now doing whatever he can to squeeze a dime or two out of this. Posted via RS Mobile
