Airplane mode on... off.. done. Had that happen a few weeks ago when it was stuck on Edge.

i got that today around the time you posted. i'm with fido

remembered hearing about this happening a while back (it didn't happen to me at the time, i was using an SE) and the problem was reportedly because of 3g, when people called it the representatives told them to turn off 3g and turn it back on and the problem would be fixed

did that today and got service back instantly

Actually now that I think about it, I had the problem yesterday after leaving the kerrisdale london drugs which is a deadzone for me... it showed rogers, but no bars and no 3g. I tried doing the airplane mode trick a few times, but didn't work, I had to reboot my phone.
