LV is priced relatively all the same around the world, the only thing that makes it a little cheaper or more expensive is the tax of the area you're buying it in.

on styleforum there are a few members who make leather goods. I have a similar one from a member called unlucky. I got it 2 years ago so I'm not sure if he's still around. You can tell him what size you want, how you want the reign to look, and if you want him to treat the leather for you. He did have the best price though. I think I got my wallet for $80? Looks pretty close to the obbigood wallets. They tan very nicely as well. In my opinion these wallets are a bit bulky and as much as I like the style and how well it goes with denim, I stopped using it and went back with my LV wallet.

I just got the smallest size of the classic prada saffiano leather bi fold. It's like the 8 slot ones but with 6 slots instead, it's not big enough to hold HK currency but for CAD and USD it's perfectly fine. I have had a pretty good experience with the saffiano leather in the past and this was a good $200 cheaper than the BV wallet I was considering haha

Hey guys! So i went down to berlin today and along the street i was on, there was a gucci boutique so i decided just to get it over with and i decided to pick this one. i felt that the shininess of the first one i posted was too cheap looking and having looked at the second one i posted, i didnt like it anymore. so 2 new options popped up. it was either this one or the black version of this one. i decided to go with this tan colour because i felt it was more classic and stands out much more.

price of the tag was 205 euros. but since i am no a german citizen, i get 22 euros back from tax-free that i can claim at the customs at the airport on my way home! jackpot!!

Why Gucci? Since you're in Berlin, there are so many other brands you can choose from that we don't get here:

Botega Veneta, Bally, Tod's, YSL, Valentino, Tom Ford, Etro, Burburry, Jill Sanders

If you want to be "accepted" by Vancouver standards then I guess it's okay. Make sure you visit the Budapester Schuhe outlet. Often you can find last seasons model for %40 off. Also, in general Peek and Cloppenburg and Galerie Lafeyette have lower prices than Kadewe for the same item.

Most of the stores I listed are on Kufuerstendamm. Let me know if you need directions as I lived there.

Its a danier cardholder, not LV. I actually used to like LV/gucci not too long ago, but my tastes/preferences have changed. I actually have a few pieces myself even, but i know i wont be dropping anymore stacks on these brands for awhile. Who knows though, i might get back to it one day.

I'm a huge BV fan and I can tell you that the only place that sell this brand in Canada is Holt Renfrew, but they only carry a few woman's handbags, no wallets. So you would either have to travel to the states to get them or mrporter.com has a few.

I usually get my BV stuff when I go to HK or NYC in the summer.

if you guys want cheap cardholders, Danier leather has some pretty good ones. I got mine for $9(on boxing day so I'd assume the price is slightly higher now) and it had everything I needed: card slots, bill slot, id compartment.

Calvin Klein also has pretty good variety for card cases. I remember seeing some having a coin compartment too, whilst keeping that slim shape. Of course, the premium outlets would be the best place to get them.

I used a Coach wallet for a while before I switched to a relatively cheaper Roots one. I agree, the Coach is more feminine.

In terms of quality though, you get what you pay for. My coach one showed signs of severe-wear even though I was careful with it. The sides started to peel, and the corners looked heavily scuffed. But hey, cheap pick-ups at the Coach outlet in Tulalip over the border, can't complain!

For the version/style I got it has 2 full card slots inside and a full one on the back. Then there's 2 shallow slots for receipts and what not. There's another style that has 3 card slots on the inside and 1 on the back.

You should be able to fit 2 cards per slot if you have a lot of cards. But honestly the reason you get a money clip/wallet is to carry less shit.

Probably gonna get the taiga, though I'm more hoping to find a good quality replica since I like the style but don't wanna spend $500 on a wallet. Anyone able to recommend any sites that sell high quality replicas that ship to Canada?
