Violation Ticket ( Signature Requirements)
When issued a Violation Ticket Does the office have to get you to sign the ticket?

And if he doesn't what does that mean?

And what impact does it have when disputing a Violation

IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU SIGN THE TICKET. BY SIGNING THE TICKET, IT ONLY MEANS YOU RECEIVED IT. IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU'RE SAYING YOU ARE GUILTY. IN FACT, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN THE TICKET. IT DOES NOT MATTER. IT WILL AFFECT ANYTHING. YOU ARE STILL ON THE HOOK AND WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU IF YOU DISPUTE THE TICKET.

By not signing the VT you are automatically enroled as a charter member of the BC Justin Bieber fan club and subject to all the rules and regulations imposed. 1st rule...get a haircut and a blow dryer......
