That's the stupidest fucking thing I've heard in a long time. It would be easier to drive around watch someone walking into the house with a baby than it would be to do that. Again it comes down to WHO IS ACTUALLY DOING THIS. You live in fear of media hype and sensationalism. If people were doing this you would hear about it everyday because child abduction is a pretty fucking big deal in our society. There is a reason it doesn't happen very often.
