Hi,

I am not receiving email notifications for threads that I have subscribed to. I have checked my profile and it says to send instant notifications.

Could you please help correct this issue?

a) check your spam filters
b) clear your cache
c) log out and re-log in.

I have tried that in the past and tried it again, still does not help.

I checked my settings on Rev also and everything seems to look ok

Did you follow these steps?

User CP --> Edit Options --> Messaging & Notification --> Default Thread Subscription Mode

In subscription mode, you choose one of the options like 'instant email notification'.

Yes that is exactly what my settings are in the User CP.

Should I try to change my notification email address?
